The Audit for the municipality from January 1, 2018 -March 30, 2019 is available from here. Two things are significant in this budget. The fiscal year is 15 months as this was a transition year from a January-December fiscal year to an April-March fiscal year which was mandated in the Municipal Government Act. The internet project which saw just over $200,000 to extend fibe internet to over 200 properties in the municipality had a noticeable impact on the municipal finances.
