The Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park is a member of 13 Communities Inc, which owns the APM Centre in Cornwall. Miltonvale Park also operates the Community Park, located at 413 Sleepy Hollow Road, and provides a drop-in recreation program and supervision for school-age children there during the summer vacation.
