Council met briefly on March 18, 2020 (and following the Chief Public Health Officer’s guidelines regarding personal space and teleconferencing) to adopt the budget and discuss the COVID-19 situation.
The 2020-21 Miltonvale Park Capital and Operating Budget was approved.
The tax rate remains unchanged at the rates adopted in 2016.
The tax rate for Non-Commercial properties is 16.6 cents/$100 assessments in both the serviced (Sleepy Hollow) and non-serviced areas.
The tax rate for Commercial properties is is 82.6 cents/$100 assessments in both the serviced (Sleepy Hollow) and non-serviced areas.
