Council received notification that the new Development Bylaw and Official Plan amendments approved at the June 19, 2019 Council meeting were approved by Minister Bloyce Thompson on July 29, 2019 and are in effect as of that date. We are awaiting finalized digital copies from the planner to incorporate the signature page and the new effective dates – and will post the new version ASAP on the website. The actual Zoning and Subdivision (Development) Bylaw contents are the same as in this draft document viewable here. The revised Official Plan will be the same as in the final draft version viewable here. If you are filling out development application forms, ensure you are completing the versions that are compatible with the 2019 bylaws (will be noted on the forms).
