Request for Proposals – Dog Ramp
The Rural Munic
ipality of Miltonvale Park is looking for someone to construct and install a dog ramp for the dog park located at the Miltonvale Community Park, 413 Sleepy Hollow Road.
Individuals or companies interested in constructing and installing (in ground mount) an A- Frame Dog Ramp are asked to submit a proposal to the Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park by May 10, 2021. It is expected the winning proposal will be decided by May 19, 2021.
The A-Frame Dog ramp must be sturdily constructed, and should be approximately 90 inches in length, 18 inches wide and 24 inches high. Although it is intended for dogs, it should withstand the weight of an adult.
In your proposal, please include type of construction materials to be used, the proposed finishing material, proposed method of anchoring, and a diagram of your proposal.
Please briefly outline your construction experience, proposed date of installation, and total cost, including taxes.
