An Active Transportation Draft Plan was created in the last year for Miltonvale Park. Consultant Nadine Lowes for the toured the municipality, attended a public meeting with residents, did some research and developed this plan, with some cost estimates. The Province has a call for Active Transportation Projects (deadline mid-January 2025) and is seeking proposals. Please attend one of the municipal feedback sessions on the draft plan on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. at the Milton Community Hall or Wednesday evening, December 11 at 7 p.m. or send along your thoughts to admin@miltonvalepark.com. Please note, this is still a draft plan… and some of the proposed projects are quite costly, so the municipality will be looking to consider wants and needs vs. available resources.
