The National Building Code is now in effect in PEI. Miltonvale Park issues development permits, which deal with location, use, setbacks and zoning. A municipal development permit must be received before a Building Permit is obtained from the Province of PEI. Visit the Province’s website for more information about the Building Permit, which ensures buildings are constructed to national standards.
