Stop by the Milton Hall for free Canada Day burgers, hotdogs, beverages and cake while supplies last. The entrance to the drive thru will be the lower (3rd) entrance to the hall on the New Glasgow Road, and you will be greeted at the back door and then drive around the hall to pick up your lunch and exit in the main parking lot.

Canada Day Photo Contest
Decorate your car or yard …or dress your family or pet in Canada Day style and email a photo showing your Canada Day spirit to MiltonvaleParkEngage@gmail.com by midnight Friday, July 2nd. Photos will be posted on the municipal social media pages (unless you ask us NOT to do so). There will be a random draw for a prize from a local business. The contest is open to Miltonvale Park residents only.

ParticipACTION’s Community Better Challenge ends TODAY!– Miltonvale Park is currently in 3rd place in the province – and has the chance to win $15,000, if we can pass Charlottetown and Three Rivers. If you would like to help contribute to our effort to virtually walk to Miltonvale, Kansas and haven’t participated up to now- It is not too late but THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE to submit your activity to be counted for the Community Better Challenge If you missed a week, a few, or all of them, now is the time to submit those uncounted minutes, steps, or KM. We are more than 1000km away, so we are going to need a big push to get over the line. If you haven’t signed up for the walk yet, that’s ok! If you have your activity tracked for the month, you can submit it by 4 p.m. today (as we have to submit the results to ParticipACTION today)! Thanks to everyone who participated and to Community Engagement Coordinator Luke Doiron who organized events. Everyone did a great job getting out and getting active. We hope everyone will continue to live an active lifestyle even without an incentive such as the Community Better Challenge.

Yoga – Mat Yoga Tuesdays at 9 a.m., Chair Yoga Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m. (but not on Canada Day!) at the Milton Community Hall. $5 class – Instructor Leone Curtis. Miltonvale Park seniors play for FREE! Everyone else plays for the low price of $5. The course is an 18-hole, par 49, and lots of fun.
