Now living in PEI, she wants to help educate people about how to be safe online. Municipal Elections – November 2, 2026 – The PEI Coalition for Women’s Leadership (CWL) is offering a Municipal Training Series aiming to develop capacity in municipal politics across PEI. The Municipal Training Series will be a cohort series of six workshops, focused on supporting individuals who intend to get involved in municipal politics. The sessions will be open to members of the public who want to run for elected positions, as well as people who want to support someone else’s campaign. The aim is to demystify politics and reduce barriers to participation, recognizing that knowledge will promote political participation and strengthen our Island.
