Coffee Club – Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m. Admission by donation of coin or sweets.

Yoga –Tuesdays – Mat at 9:00 a.m. and Chair Yoga at 10:30. $6 for Miltonvale Park residents and $7 for non-residents.
Exercise classes on Mondays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Cost -$5. No classes from March 27 -April 7 (inclusive). There will be class on Easter Monday).
TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly) meet at the hall Tuesday evenings at 6:30. Contact Joyce at 902-368-2055.
FREE Volunteer – Income Taxes Volunteer Don MacDonald CPA,CGA will come to the hall to compute and file simple taxes for people of a modest income when there are several appointments booked for a particular time frame. Please contact [email protected] or 902-368-3090 to arrange an appointment.

*Literary Lunch – Wednesday March 22 at 12 noon. Come check out our selection of Canadian books. Bring along a book to recommend to others who enjoy reading. We will be unveiling a collection of new and used books to borrow that are connected to Nova Scotia and the Yukon, as well as others with a Canadian connection.

Song Portraits Concert – Friday, March 31. Song Portraits is a Radiant Rural Halls project by Corbin Murdoch that is inspired by the individuals that contribute to the vibrancy and vitality of Milton Community Hall. Portrait Subjects: John Hooper, Joy MacIntyre, Ken Williams, Rosemarie Ramsay, Joyce Blackett and Trilby Jeeves have met with the songwriter who then wrote a song about each of them, which each person will perform with the band. . NEW! Are you interested in Ukrainian Easter Egg Decorating? The lady who led last year’s egg decorating session is willing to lead another session – contact the Council Office if might be interested -and if there are enough folks, we can arrange a date.
Reminders – the hall has KN95 masks, COVID rapid tests, books and puzzles, and snowshoes to loan.
