Yoga (Mat yoga Tues at 9 a.m. and chair yoga Tues at 10:30 and Thurs at 9:15 a.m. (Note time change) will be online until at least January 31. Sign up for the chair and mat yoga and get the Zoom link here . Free for the circuit breaker – ordinarily the cost is $5.
Monday and Friday Exercise class is delayed; however, Michelle is offering online Zoom classes for 45 minutes on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:30. If you have friends interested in participating, feel free to share the information. The Central Region Sport and Recreation is helping support this program so the fee is by donation. You can pay by

Tai chi is tentatively expected to begin Monday, February 7 -Monday and Thursday at 7 p.m.
Basic drawing class is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday Feb 7 at 10:30 a.m. with Nancy Hooper. Cost is $20 for 6 classes. Space is limited and preference will be given to Miltonvale Park residents aged 55+.
The Municipality has adult snowshoes available for residents to borrow.
The annual meeting for the Milton Community Hall scheduled for Monday, January 24 at 7:30 p.m. will be rescheduled for mid-late February. Online access will also be available. All adult residents of Miltonvale Park are members Milton Community Hall, Inc. The meeting will include reports, financial reports, voting on constitutional changes, and elections for board members.
