Current Development Bylaw and Official Plan (April 7, 2022 and Amendments July 31, 2024)

 

The  Zoning and Subdivision Control (Development) Bylaw (2021) and the Official Plan were approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Land on April 7, 2022. The previous Development Bylaw and Official Plan are no longer in effect. An amendment to the 2021 Official Plan and Development Bylaw was approved by the Minister on July 31, 2024.

Incorporated in 1974, includes the areas of North Milton, Milton Station, Springvale, South Milton and Sleepy Hollow. We have approximately 1190 residents.

Office Hours

Mondays: 10am-5pm
Tuesdays: 1pm-6:30pm
Wednesdays: 9am-5pm
Fridays: 10am-12pm

The office may be open other hours by chance or appointment. The Development Officer is in on Wednesdays from 10am-2pm or call the office to make an appointment.
