Miltonvale Park is located within the Charlottetown Special Planning Area, which places restrictions on how land can be subdivided. The provincial regulations are found in Section 63 of the Planning Act Subdivision and Development Regulations.
Miltonvale Park participated in a project with other municipalities in the Charlottetown Special Planning Area in 2008 in which the report BUILDING CONSENSUS was created.
