Tender and Addendums for Milton Community Hall Additions and Renovations

TENDER and TWO ADDENDUMS
Tenders will be received by email at the office of the Architect (refer to Title Sheet), until 2:00 p.m., local time, on TUESDAY August 29, 2023 (REVISED DATE)
for:
Community Hall
Additions and Renovations
North Milton, PEI

 

Refer to Drawings/Specifications for specific work.

The Scope of Work generally includes:
1. Demolition of exterior wood deck, miscellaneous concrete foundations and waterproofing, replacement of exterior ramp, misc. floor/wall/roof framing, demo and replacement of interior stairs.
2. Foundation excavations, underpinning, waterproofing and trenching for services and footing drainage.
3. Selective interior demolition and structural modifications to floors, walls and roofs.
4. All finishes, doors, roofing and windows.
5. Demolition and modification of existing mechanical and electrical building systems.
6. Fire escape, supply and installation of elevator and hoistway.
7. All site excavation for trenching, backfilling and landscape of disturbed surfaces
to match existing.
8. New finish flooring and total painting is required for all new and renovated areas.
9. All cabinetry (including ticket counter millwork) is N.I.C.

Drawings and Specifications will be provided in PDF format via email. Bidders are responsible for their own printed copies.
Lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The office may be open other hours by chance or appointment. The Development Officer is in on Wednesdays from 10am-2pm or call the office to make an appointment.
