Development Bylaws

 

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT BYLAW:

  • The Zoning and Subdivision (Development) Bylaw for the Rural Municipality of Miltonvale Park – effective April 7, 2022

  • Zoning Map (effective April 7, 2022)

  • Future Land Use Map  (effective April 7, 2022)

The purpose of this bylaw is to implement the policies of the Official Plan and to establish a transparent, fair and systematic means of Development control for the Municipality. The bylaw outlines the regulations which must be met for a development application to be approved.

Incorporated in 1974, includes the areas of North Milton, Milton Station, Springvale, South Milton and Sleepy Hollow. We have approximately 1190 residents.

Wednesdays: 9:00-11:00am

Office is open 20 additional hours each week, by chance or appointment.

Development Officer: April-November, Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm or call office to make an appointment.
